This 10-meter NMEA2000 Micro Cable Assembly serves as either a drop cable from a NMEA 2000 backbone or as an extension for the backbone cable. Each cable is made using Actisense UL-certified cable, ensuring quality and reliability for marine applications.

The NMEA 2000 cable features five wires within a single waterproof sheath�power and ground wires, two data wires, and a drain wire. The drain wire effectively shields against external Radio Frequency Interference (RFI), maintaining signal integrity and reducing emissions.

Designed for easy and quick installation, this assembly can help create a backbone up to 100 meters long. If a longer backbone is needed, it can be extended using an NMEA 2000 mini cable while keeping the outer Lite sections within the 100-meter maximum. The maximum drop cable length is 6 meters, and the total drop lengths should not exceed 72 meters.
