Local pickup orders are typically available within 4 business hours after the order is placed during normal business hours. Orders placed after business hours will be available for pickup on the next business day.
There is no pickup charge for standard will-call orders. Some oversized, special-handling, or freight items may require a pickup fee. If applicable, any additional pickup charges will be clearly disclosed before checkout or communicated via email, phone, or text.
Customers may choose local pickup or shipping to their address during checkout, where available.
Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and order confirmation at pickup. Authorized third-party pickup is permitted if specified during checkout.
Orders not picked up within 7 business days may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our return policy.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, carrier, package size, and shipping method selected. Freight items, oversized products, or special-handling orders may require custom shipping quotes, which will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Products displayed in our physical store may be ordered for home delivery. These items may ship from our Frisco, TX location or from authorized U.S. distribution centers. All shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. If an order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
You may track your order at any time using the Order Status link available at the top of our website. Tracking details will be displayed for each shipped item associated with your order.
