Airmar SS175C-0-L 0d Tilt
Low CHIRP With Mix-N-Match Plug
Model: SS175C-0-LAirmar’s low profile Chirp-ready transducer models are the perfect addition to smaller boats such as center consoles. The low frequency band is the deep water performer delivering excellent coverage and tracking in deeper depths. The SS175L transducer delivers up to 20 kHz of total bandwidth in just one installation and delivers tremendous deep water performance.
Tilted element transducers have the ceramic element fixed at either a 20°, 12° or 0° angle within the transducer housing. The transducer is installed almost flush to the hull and the tilted element corrects for the hull deadrise by orienting the beam directly down. This assures maximum echo returns to the transducer and more accurate depth readings.

The Airmar SS175C-0-L 0d Tilt Low CHIRP transducer is designed for marine applications requiring depth and water temperature sensing. This 1 kW thru-hull unit operates on a low-frequency band from 40 kHz to 60 kHz, providing depth performance up to 762 meters (2500 feet). Its 0-degree tilted element corrects for hull deadrise between 0 and 7 degrees, ensuring the beam is oriented directly downwards for accurate readings. The SS175C-0-L-11R features a stainless steel housing, making it suitable for fiberglass, wood, or metal hulls, including stepped, planing, or displacement types. It is recommended for boats up to 11 meters (36 feet) and includes Raymarine 11-pin compatibility. This transducer is a practical choice for smaller vessels like center consoles that require reliable deep-water performance and consistent tracking capabilities.
The SS175C-0-L features a stainless steel housing, making it suitable for use on stepped, planing, or displacement hulls made of fiberglass, wood, or metal. A bronze housing model (B175L) is also available for fiberglass and wood hulls.
This transducer is recommended for boats up to 11 meters (36 feet) in length.
The SS175C-0-L offers maximum depth performance up to 762 meters (2500 feet) within its low-frequency range of 40 kHz to 60 kHz.
The 0-degree tilted element is fixed within the transducer housing to correct for hull deadrise between 0 and 7 degrees. This ensures the transducer's beam is oriented directly downwards for maximum echo returns and accurate depth readings.
