B60 12 Degree Tilt Thru Hull Req Mix & Match Cable
The B60 is a 600 W, 50/200 kHz transducer that integrates Airmar’s popular Tilted Element™ feature. This Tilted Element transducer has the ceramic element fixed at either a 20° or 12° angle within the housing. When the transducer is installed almost flush to the hull, the tilt of the element corrects for the hull deadrise angle. By orienting the beam directly down, it ensures maximum echo returns to the transducer for more-accurate depth readings.

The Airmar B60-12-MM is a 600W, dual-frequency thru-hull transducer designed for marine depth and temperature sensing. It operates at 50 kHz with a 45-degree beamwidth for depths up to 366 meters, and at 200 kHz with a 12-degree beamwidth for depths up to 206 meters. This transducer features a 12-degree tilted ceramic element, which corrects for hull deadrise angles up to 24 degrees, ensuring the beam is oriented directly downward for accurate readings. The bronze housing is suitable for fiberglass or wood hulls and extends only 5 mm outside the hull, minimizing impact on boat performance. It is ideal for center-console or trailered boats up to 8 meters (26 feet) in length, commonly used in leisure, yachting, and fishing applications. A Mix & Match cable is required for installation.
This transducer features a bronze housing, making it suitable for installation on fiberglass or wood hulls. For other hull materials, the stainless steel SS60 model is available.
The Airmar B60-12-MM can achieve depth readings up to 366 meters (1200 feet) using its 50 kHz frequency, and up to 206 meters (700 feet) using its 200 kHz frequency.
The 12-degree tilted element corrects for hull deadrise angles up to 24 degrees. This ensures the transducer's beam is oriented straight down, providing more accurate depth readings by maximizing echo returns.
The Airmar B60-12-MM transducer requires a Mix & Match cable for connection. This cable is not included with the transducer itself.
