SWIVEL & TILT BASE

One handed quick release action. Simply release the lever, swivel and tilt to suit your requirements before locking back into position.

BEST VIEWING ANGLE

An adjustable ball joint allows range of movement and multiple mounting angles.

ADDED STRENGTH

Inner bracing plate secures the Deck Pod base to the pod and gives increased rigidity to the assembly eliminating potential damaged from shock and vibration.

OVERHEAD MOUNTING

Deck Pod models can be overhead mounted. Refer to part number guide for compatibility.

HASSLE FREE INSTALL & SERVICE

Fixings fit from back to front cutting their threads into injection moulded ABS inserts designed into the Pod front. This design allows for a quick and safe install and repeat servicing.

INCREASED PROTECTION

Pod seal is manufactured from a high tear strength silicone, it has a very high resistance to heat and UV so you can have confidence that it won’t deteriorate over time.

As standard you will receive your Scanpod uncut (for tips on cutting, please view the FAQ tab). For larger orders, a factory cutting service is available.

This uncut deck pod accommodates 10-inch to 12-inch displays, offering a usable face of 14.7 inches high by 9.7 inches wide. It also supports 3/4 standard instruments, such as ST60 units. The primary function of this product is to provide a stable and adjustable platform when a flat mounting surface is unavailable or unsuitable. Key features include a swivel and tilt base with a one-handed quick-release lever, allowing for angle adjustments to optimize viewing. An internal bracing plate enhances rigidity, mitigating potential damage from shock and vibration. The unit can also be overhead mounted, depending on compatibility. Installation is facilitated by fixings that cut threads into injection-molded ABS inserts, simplifying both initial setup and subsequent servicing. The pod seal is made from high tear-strength silicone, designed for resistance to heat and UV exposure.
