The Self-Levelling Mast Mount ensures your radar stays level with the horizon at all times for optimum antenna performance. As the boat heels or rolls, the radar is kept horizontal preventing target loss and giving the best possible radar picture.

Using our own fine-tuned hydraulic damping system, the radar mount reacts to major changes in the heel angle of the boat whilst eliminating all small oscillations.

The Scanstrut LMM-1 Self Leveling Radar Mount is designed for marine applications to maintain optimal radar antenna performance. This mast-compatible mount addresses the challenge of target loss and image distortion caused by boat heel or roll. It keeps the radar level with the horizon, ensuring a consistent and clear radar picture.

Utilizing a hydraulic damping system, the mount reacts to significant changes in boat angle while filtering out minor oscillations. It is a passive system, requiring no external power, and features a sealed, maintenance-free design. Constructed from machined and anodized aluminum for the mast adapter and marine-grade 316 stainless steel for the cradle and base plate, the complete system weighs 3.4 kg. The mount attaches to the mast via four swivel feet, adapting to various mast profiles, and uses a 12-point fixing with Monel rivets for secure installation. It offers a compact profile, minimizing the radar's extension from the mast, and shares the same mounting footprint as SC20 and M92722 for straightforward upgrades.
