This product provides 100 individual 8-position, 8-contact RJ45 plugs, suitable for creating custom-length patch cables or repairing existing network infrastructure. They support 100-ohm balanced twisted pair 100 MHz cables and comply with FCC 86 guidelines and UL listing requirements. These plugs are engineered to support industry-standard mechanical and electrical specifications, ensuring compatibility with compliant modular jacks and ports. They are compatible with 100-ohm cable wiring schemes, including TIA-568A and TIA-568B configurations, and feature a non-feed-through design. The 3-prong contact design accommodates both solid and stranded 24 to 26 AWG insulated copper conductors, making them versatile for various cable types. Each plug includes 50 micro-inches of gold plating on the contact mating area for long-term connectivity reliability and incorporates primary and secondary strain relief to secure the cable jacket.
