37 Month No hassle warranty: If a customer does have a problem with one of our products, it is our goal to get them a replacement as quickly as possible with no hassles. We immediately send a replacement product once it is determined that there is a faulty product, and then the customer returns the bad product in the same box. Orion pays shipping both ways.
