The Global Silicon research, engineering and customer support facility is located in Shenzhen, China whilst the sales and corporate headquarters are based in Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong.Morgan Colmer u2013 Managing DirectorMorgan co-founded Global Silicon in 1998 and then participated in the management buy-out in 2006.Morgan has extensive experience in digital and analogue signal processing, software and systems. As a founder member of Global Silicon, he was part of the team that developed the core architecture and IP, resulting in many audio related patents. Morgan graduated from the University of Bournemouth with a B.Eng (Hons.) degree.
