What does it mean to be an Enabler Partner?

Enabler Partners own non-voting shares in Global Enabler and may serve the company part-time as Non-Executive Partners. They are independent entrepreneurs, investors, executives, coaches and trainers. Enabler Partners have a mandate to identify Hippos and invite their trusted fellows as new Enabler Partners, but no formal managerial role or responsibility in the company.
