In 2006, Av joined Alliance Distributors. Working at Alliance for over 12 years, he had the opportunity to learn about the many facets of the distribution business. As Director of Sales, Av’s main focus was on building and creating strong relationships with many top national retail accounts. Additionally, he created the redemption department at Alliance which serviced and merchandised video game and electronics for all the major entertainment, theme parks and cruise lines around the world. Av has a strong interest in real estate and has various projects in the New York market. He is involved in different non for profits including his alma mater and community synagogue. He serves as a board member for Onward living, a non for profit rehab center for kids at risk. When he is not on the go, he is at home with his 4 kids and wife, Daniella, on Long Island.
