3V Solutions - Overview 3V Solutions (3V) officially organized in 2010 as a business unit spin out from an IBM value added reseller. The SAP business unit had been in existence since 2004. The 3V management team has been together since the initial SAP reseller program in the 1990s. In prior SAP sales and services companies, they founded Holland Technology Group and Holland Software Solutions, which were later acquired by Nichols Research Corporation and then Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
