  • License includes a Single Concurrent Connection for an Agent Supervisor Subject Matter Expert Customer Customerft. s Consultant Recording Device or any other Media Connection to the VidyoRouter
  • Also included are the VidyoRouter VE VidyoPortal VE VidyoReplay VE infrastructure Licenses in amounts determined by Vidyo (as set out in Invoices issued by Vidyo) commensurate with Capacity Requirements of Customer Engagement System Deployment (Default Configuration Two VidyoRouter VE One VidyoPortal VE One VidyoReplay Vidyo Secure VidyoConferencing Option and VidyoPortal VE Hot Standby Option) Licenses provided in Bundles of 5 000 on an as needed basis during the Subscription Period in all Cases to be used only with Annual Engagement Licenses
  • Mulitple Licenses can be purchased to achieve desired Deployment Size
  • Partner Silver Support included on all included Components
  • All Infrastructure Software must be deleted and Concurrent Connection Licenses will terminate upon Expiration of the Annual Engagment Licenses unless renewed
  • NOTE: This Price Point applies to the First 99 Licenses of Any Size Deployment Minimum 20
  • Two Licenses are required for each Concurrently Connected Agent/Customer Pair
  • Additional Licenses are required per Session for Third Party Escalations Recording or Other Media Connections
