The Furuno NXT Radar represents the next level in radar technology. This solid-state radar incorporates pulse compression, Target Analyzer™ and Fast Target Tracking™ features utilizing cutting-edge Doppler technology. It combines FURUNO's exclusive RezBoost™ technology for enhanced beam sharpening, providing performance comparable to larger radar systems, all within a smaller, more efficient design.
As a pioneering radar unit, the NXT integrates the innovative Target Analyzer™ function, allowing approaching targets to automatically change color for improved situational awareness. Green indicates stationary or receding targets, while red signifies targets moving towards your vessel. This functionality operates independently of vessel speed, enhancing safety and awareness on the water.
Upon target selection, your radar provides speed and course vectors, simplifying the estimation of other vessels' movements. Doppler technology aids in automatically displaying target vectors for approaching vessels and can trigger an alarm for increased safety.
For the first time, Furuno's RezBoost™ technology delivers exceptional performance in a radar unit, achieving remarkable sharpness with a 2-degree beam width when set to MAX.
