Weld Mount AT-2010 Adhesive
The AT-2010 is a high-performance acrylic adhesive that offers exceptional bonding strength. With its unique high viscosity, it is perfectly designed to hold smaller parts securely without sagging. For heavier components, we recommend using our AT-690 fixture dots to maintain position while the adhesive sets.
This adhesive cures in just 5 to 6 minutes, providing a 4-minute working time and developing initial bond strength in only 15 to 20 minutes, making it ideal for applications that demand fast and reliable adhesion.
The AT-2010 adhesive has a shelf life of 6 months at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, and we recommend refrigeration to extend its usability.
Each package contains a 50ml cartridge, sufficient for bonding between 150 and 200 parts and can be applied using our AT-300 gun and mixing tips.
