The Viking 150 Number Apartment Intercom System offers a reliable communication solution for residential or commercial buildings. It is compatible with Viking's vandal-resistant K-1700-3, K-1900-8, or any Touch Tone phone. This system features non-volatile E2 memory, eliminating the need for batteries, and it can be programmed either remotely or locally.

With the ability to store up to 250 tenant Touch Tone phone numbers and keyless entry codes, it ensures seamless access for residents. Additional programmable features include tenant relay activation codes, a master keyless entry code, maintenance codes, and a call timer. The system also supports multi-number dialer mode, perfect for kiosks, and a ring-thru mode for enhanced connectivity.

Equipped with normally open and normally closed (DPDT) relay contacts, it can control door strikes, magnetic locks, gates, and more. The auxiliary relay input allows for timed relay activation, useful for postal locks. Furthermore, the system ensures call security with toll restriction capabilities and allows programmable restrictions for emergency services outside calls. A log bus data output is available for logging entry events, providing security and accountability.
