The Viking Electronics VK-AIB-1 Audio Isolation Board is a component designed to address common audio signal issues in business communication and paging systems. This device provides a low-cost solution for IT and facilities managers dealing with ground loop hum, signal consolidation, or integration challenges. It accepts inputs from screw terminals, RCA jacks, and modular jacks, accommodating Line Level, Speaker Level, or Telecom Station inputs. Outputs are provided via screw terminals and RCA jacks, delivering a Line Level output. Key applications include eliminating ground loop hum in paging systems, integrating paging or mass notification sounds onto a phone line, or consolidating two audio sources into a single output. It can also be used to daisy chain a paging system speaker output into a second power amplifier's input. The board is wall-mountable using included foam tape and screws, offering installation flexibility.
