The TOPS Numbered Days/Full Payroll Time Cards are designed for businesses requiring a standardized method for tracking employee work hours. These double-sided time cards, identified by part number TOP 1257, facilitate payroll processing by providing dedicated sections for regular hours, overtime, and lost time. The front of each 3.50" x 9" manila sheet features numbered days and full payroll calculations printed in green ink, while the reverse side is used for overtime and lost time hours, printed in red. Constructed from 143 lb. manila stock, these heavyweight cards offer durability for daily use. They are suitable for organizations utilizing compatible time clock systems from manufacturers such as Acroprint, Cincinnati, Lathem, and Simplex, ensuring operational continuity for timekeeping functions. Each box contains 500 time cards.
Two-sided time cards feature numbered days, full payroll calculations, and pay receipt. Front shows numbered days, full payroll calculations printed in green ink with the back side for overtime, and lost time hours printed in red. Extra-heavy material is made of 143 lb. manila stock. Time cards replace 10-800762 and 1950-9308 and are designed for use with Acroprint 125R, 150R, ES700, ES900, ESP180, 175TR; Cincinnati 1000, 10000; Lathem 900E, 1200, 1500E, 2000, 4000, 5000EP; Simplex KCF, KCG, JCG, JCP and 2500.
