This lens covers super35+ type sensors with a large 36mm image circle, ensuring native coverage for high-resolution formats such as RED Helium 8K, RED Dragon 6K, and more. It’s compatible with popular cinema and mirrorless cameras including Canon and Blackmagic Design.
When combined with the Tokina Cinema 1.6x Expander, this lens transforms into a 40-120mm T4.2, providing Full Frame and Vista Vision sensor coverage. Designed to complement the Tokina Cinema 50-135mm T2.9 MKII and 11-20mm T2.9, it features a parfocal design that maintains focus while zooming, limited focus breathing, and low distortion.
