Airmar TM265C Low/High CHIRP Transom Mount Transducer
Model: TM265C-LH-9N2
Rely on Airmar's new broadband transducers for the ultimate fishing mission! Whether you're a commercial fisherman, charter captain, or tournament angler, theres a new game in town. Traditional marine fish finders operate at discreet frequencies such as 50 kHz and 200 kHz, use relatively short-duration pulses, and use narrowband sonar transducers. In contrast, Chirp uses a precise sweep pattern of many frequencies within a long-duration transmit pulse from a broadband transducer, so the equivalent sound energy transmitted into the water is 10 to 1,000 times greater than a conventional marine fish finder.
Specifically designed for small boats (25'-40'), the TM265LH Chirps across the following bandwidths:
LH Model - Low Frequency 42-65 kHz/High Frequency 130-210 kHz

The Airmar TM265C-LH Transducer is a transom-mount unit designed for marine applications, specifically targeting small to medium-sized boats ranging from 25 to 40 feet (8 to 12 meters). This transducer utilizes CHIRP technology, operating across two distinct frequency bandwidths: a low frequency range of 42-65 kHz and a high frequency range of 130-210 kHz. It incorporates 8 internal broadband ceramics and provides both depth and fast-response water temperature sensing capabilities. Constructed with a urethane housing and a stainless steel mounting bracket, the TM265C-LH-9N2 is suitable for fiberglass, wood, and metal hulls with a deadrise of up to 28 degrees. It offers the convenience of retrofitting to existing TM258 and TM260 brackets and features Airmar's Xducer ID technology. This product is intended for commercial fishermen, charter captains, and tournament anglers seeking enhanced sonar performance over traditional narrowband fish finders.
