The StarTech.com SU2DUPERA11 is a standalone drive duplicator and eraser designed for IT professionals and system administrators. This device facilitates the cloning and erasure of both USB-based storage devices and 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SATA SSDs and HDDs, operating independently without requiring a host computer. It supports 1:1 duplication (SATA to SATA or USB to USB) as well as cross-interface duplication (SATA to USB or USB to SATA). Duplication modes include Quick Copy, All Partitions, Sector-by-Sector (up to 6.6GB/min), and Percentage Copy. For data sanitization, the unit offers six erase modes, such as Quick Erase, Single Pass Overwrite, 3-Pass Overwrite (DoD), 3-Pass Overwrite and Compare, Secure Erase, and 7-Pass Overwrite. It can erase a single drive or two drives simultaneously. The compact design features an LCD display and navigation buttons for operational status and mode selection, streamlining drive management tasks.

As a drive cloner, this unit lets you easilycopy SATA and USB drives without having to connect to a computer.It enables you to duplicate 1:1 (from SATA to SATA or USB to USB) as well as cross-interface duplication from SATA to USB or USB to SATA. The drive cloner provides four duplication modes,includingQuick Copy, All Partitions, Sector-by-Sector (Whole Drive) at speeds of up to 6.6GB/min., and Percentage Copy.
