OVERVIEW

The SWEETANK system effectively eliminates odors found in yacht and RV holding tanks without relying on chemicals or filters. This system is standard in THERMOPURE-2 Type-I MSD, in GROCO Type-III MSD, and is available as retrofit kits for existing tanks.

MECHANISM

The SWEETANK system works by promoting an oxygen-rich environment in the holding tank. This is accomplished through a submerged aeration tube that continuously supplies air, discouraging the growth of odor-causing anaerobic bacteria. The compact module operates efficiently at less than 3 watts of DC power, ensuring both effectiveness and energy savings.
