Overview

This innovative flush kit is designed to enhance the safety and efficiency of your marine water system. Using a simple quarter-turn quick-release plug, it allows for easy access to your seacock, facilitating emergency bilge pumping, winterization, and routine cooling system flushing.

Emergency Use

In emergencies, simply close the seacock and detach the quick-release plug while the engine is running. The engine's raw water pump will automatically expel excess bilge water overboard. For remote bilge locations, the GROCO BSA can assist in pumping out water.

Winterization Process

To winterize your engine, close the seacock, remove the quick-release plug, and attach the service adaptor (included). This allows for easy antifreeze insertion into the cooling system.

Cooling System Flushing

Close the seacock and connect the service adaptor to flush the cooling system using dockside water while your engine operates at idle speed.
