The Airmar SS175 Medium CHIRP Transducer features a fixed 20° tilted element designed for boats with a hull deadrise of 16° to 24°. This state-of-the-art transducer includes a depth sounder and a fast-response water temperature sensor, providing precise measurements up to 400 meters (1,300 feet).

With a power rating of 1 kW and a medium frequency range of 60-100 kHz, the SS175 is optimized for excellent mid-depth performance and superior fish-target separation. The ultra-wide beamwidth of 57° to 73° port/starboard, along with an average fore/aft of 16°, maximizes coverage under the boat, making it an ideal choice for targeting pelagic species.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, this transducer is designed for a wide array of hull materials and can accommodate vessels up to 11 meters (36 feet) in length. Its urethane acoustic window provides reliable sound transmission, while the tilted element ensures the transducer remains nearly flush with the hull for optimal echo returns.

Note: As of 05/29/2024, the bare wire is compatible with the Garmin GSD28.
