Airmar SS175C-20-L 20d Tilt
Low CHIRP with with Si-Tex 8-Pin
Model: SS175C-20-LAirmar’s low profile Chirp-ready transducer models are the perfect addition to smaller boats such as center consoles. The low frequency band is the deep water performer delivering excellent coverage and tracking in deeper depths. The SS175L transducer delivers up to 20 kHz of total bandwidth in just one installation and delivers tremendous deep water performance.
Because the transducer is installed almost flush to the hull, when the transducer is installed the tilt corrects for the hull deadrise and orients the ceramic element horizontally to assure maximum echo returns to the transducer.

The Airmar SS175C-20-L-BB is a low-profile, 1 kW CHIRP transducer designed for marine applications, specifically for smaller boats up to 11 meters (36 feet) such as center consoles. This unit provides depth and fast-response water temperature sensing. It operates on a low-frequency band from 40 kHz to 60 kHz, offering deep water performance with a maximum depth capability of 762 meters (2500 feet). The transducer features a 20-degree tilt, which corrects for hull deadrise between 16 and 24 degrees, ensuring optimal echo returns. Its stainless steel housing makes it suitable for installation on stepped, planing, or displacement hulls made of fiberglass, wood, or metal. The SS175C-20-L-BB integrates with Si-Tex 8-pin systems and includes Airmar's Xducer ID technology, providing up to 20 kHz of total bandwidth from a single installation.
This transducer is recommended for boats up to 11 meters (36 feet) in length, making it suitable for smaller vessels like center consoles.
The stainless steel housing allows for installation on stepped, planing, or displacement hulls constructed from fiberglass, wood, or metal.
The SS175C-20-L-BB offers a maximum depth performance of 762 meters (2500 feet) within its low-frequency band of 40 kHz to 60 kHz.
This transducer is designed for hulls with a deadrise between 16 and 24 degrees, as its 20-degree tilt corrects for this range.
