Airmar SS175MW Medium Ultra-Wide 0 deg Tilted Element™ Thru-Hull - With MMC-12G Garmin 12-Pin Mix-N-Match Cable
Model: SS175C-0-MW-12GAIRMAR’s innovative transducer designs have revolutionized the fishing world, and they continue to do so with the NEW Chirp-ready SS175 Medium Ultra-Wide (MW) Tilted Element™ Thru-hull transducer. The SS175MW takes transducer design and performance to a whole new level by using medium frequency (60-100 kHz) with an incredible ultra-wide beamwidth ranging from 57-73° port-starboard to 16° average fore-aft. Maximum coverage under the boat is achieved with this medium-frequency transducer, serving anglers who target pelagic species in the upper water column.
Airmar’s new Medium Ultra-Wide models are perfect for seeking deeper species with a frequency band from 60-100 kHz. When paired with our other popular models such as the B275LHW, provides the angler with a broad set of frequencies (Low, Medium-Wide, High-Wide) to interrogate targets from deep to shallow.
The SS175MW Tilted Element Thru-hull is a 1 kW transducer housed in one of AIRMAR’s most popular Tilted Element housings which includes a ceramic element fixed at a 20°, 12° or 0° angle. Because the transducer is installed almost flush to the hull, the tilted element corrects for the hull deadrise and orients the ceramic element vertically to ensure maximum echo returns to the transducer.

The Airmar SS175C-0-MW-12G is a 1 kW thru-hull transducer designed for marine applications, offering depth and fast-response water temperature sensing. This model features a fixed 0-degree tilted element, suitable for hulls with 0-degree to 7-degree deadrise, ensuring proper vertical orientation of the ceramic element for optimal echo returns. It operates within a medium frequency range of 60-100 kHz, providing 40 kHz of total bandwidth. The transducer's ultra-wide beamwidth, ranging from 57 to 73 degrees port/starboard and 16 degrees average fore/aft, offers extensive coverage under the vessel. This configuration is beneficial for users targeting pelagic species in the upper water column or seeking improved mid-depth performance and fish-target separation. The low-profile, thru-hull stainless steel housing is suitable for all hull materials on vessels up to 11 meters (36 feet) LOA, yielding good resolution at speed when correctly installed. It includes a Garmin 12-Pin Mix-N-Match Cable for connectivity.
The Airmar SS175C-0-MW-12G transducer is rated for depth tracking down to 400 meters (1,300 feet).
The box includes the SS175C-0-MW-MM Medium CHIRP 0-degree Tilted Element transducer and an MMC-12G Garmin 12-Pin Mix-N-Match Cable.
This transducer is compatible with all hull materials and is designed for a fixed 0-degree tilt, suitable for hull deadrise angles between 0 and 7 degrees.
The medium frequency (60-100 kHz) beamwidth is 57 to 73 degrees (Port/Starboard) by 16 degrees average (Fore/Aft).
