The Smead SafeSHIELD Classification Folder (SMD 14075) is designed for organizing letter-sized documents within professional environments. This heavy-duty folder features a 25-point pressboard construction and a 2-inch expansion capacity, suitable for projects requiring multiple categorized sections. It includes two 17-point Kraft dividers, creating four separate filing surfaces. The folder incorporates SafeShield Coated Fastener Technology on all fasteners, which is intended to reduce paper tears and finger cuts, while also minimizing fastener crinkling during use. With a 2/5 tab cut and a right-of-center tab position, it supports clear labeling for efficient retrieval. This product is made from 100% recycled materials, including 30% post-consumer waste, addressing organizational needs for durable and compartmentalized document management.
Heavy-duty classification folders feature patent-pending, SafeShield Coated Fastener Technology to help prevent paper tears, finger cuts and excessive fastener crinkling. SafeShield adds protection for papers and fingers while also reducing fastener crinkling. Fasteners on front and back panels and dividers create separate filing surfaces within one folder. These two 2" coated fasteners on the panels are in positions 1 and 3. Letter-size folder also offers a 2" expansion and is made of sturdy, 25 point Pressboard stock. The two dividers offer a 1" SafeShield-coated, twin-prong fastener and are made of 17 point stock. Folder tab is 2/5 cut. Divider tab is 3/8" high and 1/3 cut.
