Product Overview

The Raritan 24VDC Smart Macerator Control System is designed to enhance the functionality and efficiency of your macerator pump. It includes smart monitoring features that prevent damage to the pump by ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Technical Specifications

  • If the pump does not prime in 7 seconds or runs dry for 5 seconds, the control will automatically shut down the pump.
  • The SMC control can be reset by simply toggling the on/off switch—there's no need to cut power.
  • If power remains on, the control will jog the macerator pump for a few milliseconds every seven days to prevent impeller binding.
  • Should the pump draw more than 20 amps, the control will shut down the pump to prevent potential damage.
