The block is constructed with UV-stabilized Acetal sheaves, impact-modified, fiber-reinforced Nylon cheeks, and Grade 316 stainless steel load straps and head fittings, ensuring durability in marine environments. With a maximum working load of 300kg (660lbs) and a breaking load of 750kg (1,650lbs), this lightweight unit (28g) is suitable for managing control lines. Its versatile loop top head fitting allows for shackle attachment in two planes, facilitating correct alignment. This block is intended for primary lead applications on dinghies and catamarans, as well as control lines on larger yachts.
