Permatex Red Threadlocker - 50ml High Strength Adhesive

This high-strength adhesive is specially formulated for permanent locking of bolts and screws measuring 3/8" to 1" (10mm to 25mm) in size. It is ideal for applications subjected to heavy shock, intense vibration, or harsh environmental conditions. Please note that localized heating and hand tools will be needed for disassembly. Compliant with ASTM D5363 AN0331 standards.

Applications:

• Automobile: Ideal for assembly with air tools, securing cylinder block bolts, ring gear bolts, and transmission shaft bolts.

Directions:

1. Clean and dry the surface thoroughly using Permatex® Surface Prep™ activator.
2. Shake the Threadlocker well before use.
3. Remove the cap and snip the nozzle tip.
4. Apply the Threadlocker to the threaded areas and assemble the parts. For full details, refer to the Technical Data Sheet.

Note: Designed for metal components; not suitable for plastics. Cured Threadlocker requires heating to 500°F (260°C) for removal.
