Recessed, raised bottom prevents heat transfer to floors in case of fire. Locked seam design has rolled wire rim and embossed panels for rigidity and strength. Design also features a powder-coat finish for durability. Steel wastebasket is 100 percent recyclable. ADA-compliant wastebasket meets federal specification A-A-182 for fire hazard and flammability prevention and qualifies under NFPA Life Safety Code 101, Section 31. UL Classified.
