Technical Specifications

  • Track Fastenings: Designed to suit 5mm (3/16) countersunk fasteners at 100mm (3-15/16) centers.
  • Stop Holes: Centered at 50mm (1-31/32).
  • Includes insulated inserts (RC7250-INS) to prevent corrosion between track and fasteners.
  • Minimum Curve Radius:
    • For 51mm (2) car: Min horizontal A curve radius = 400mm (15-3/4), Min horizontal B curve radius = 400mm (15-3/4).
    • For 86mm (3-3/8) car: Min horizontal A curve radius = 1200mm (47-1/4), Min horizontal B curve radius = not suitable.
    • For 105mm (4-3/16) car: Min horizontal A curve radius = 400mm (15-3/4), Min horizontal B curve radius = not suitable.
  • Applications:
    • Mainsheet and self-tacking jib travelers on dinghies and catamarans.
    • Mainsheet systems on boats up to 9m (28).
