The Bounty Hunter QSI Quick Silver Metal Detector is an imaging tool designed for detecting metallic objects. This device is suitable for businesses or departments requiring the identification of buried metal items, such as in utility locating, property management, or archaeological survey support. It features an 8-inch waterproof concentric open search coil, capable of detecting coin-sized objects up to 8 inches deep and larger objects up to 3 feet. The unit offers two search modes, including push-button discrimination and all-metal modes, alongside 1-touch depth control. An easy-view LCD display provides 4-segment digital target identification and 3-tone target identification with three levels of adjustable discrimination. Automatic, preset ground balancing helps mitigate interference from ground minerals. The QSI model includes a 1/4-inch headphone output for audio feedback.
The Bounty Hunter QSI can detect coin-sized objects up to 8 inches deep. For larger objects, the detection depth extends up to 3 feet.
The metal detector includes a 1/4-inch headphone output, but headphones are not included. It requires two 9-volt batteries, which are sold separately.
