The PWS1000 Series delivers 12, 24, or 48 Volts DC at 1000 Watts of continuous power from a 110 or 220 Volt AC source, utilizing advanced switchmode technology for superior reliability and efficiency in a compact design.
This power supply features innovative circuit designs that minimize output ripple, surpassing the performance of traditional linear power supplies. Enhanced reliability features include an input fuse, thermal shutdown, current limiting, and output short circuit protection with automatic recovery. An Output Overvoltage Crowbar circuit safeguards connected devices from excessive voltage due to unit failure.
The updated PWS1000 is incredibly quiet and incorporates the latest generation of current mode PWM control. It provides adjustable output voltage, alongside audible and visual alerts for low input voltage, low output voltage, over temperature, overload conditions, and power status. With options for 110 or 220 VAC input (Field Convertible), the PWS1000 is designed for easy integration with devices, featuring a four contact output terminal for effortless connections.
