The PP4900 Series PowerPods offer a superior alternative to traditional bracket mounting, providing a seamless flush mount appearance with the added benefit of a swivel base.

Unlike the standard trunion bracket that comes with marine electronics, PowerPods shield the back of devices from corrosive saltwater spray. While manufacturers typically safeguard the display's face with water-resistant sealed rubber buttons, the rear remains vulnerable. PowerPods are designed for flush mounting into consoles or NavPods, offering protection against UV damage to connectors and wires.

Ideal for flat surfaces, PowerPods for Sail can be conveniently mounted under dodgers or at the aft end of cockpit tables, particularly beneficial for boats equipped with dual wheels.

High-Gloss Material

• Constructed from a custom co-extruded acrylic capped ABS material, PowerPods utilize high UV-resistant materials that deliver a high gloss white finish, matching gel-coated fiberglass. The Gen3 enhancements feature a thicker gauge material for added strength and superior structural rigidity.

Waterproof Seal

• Each NavPod is built with a double gasket system ensuring an outstanding watertight seal between the front and back, safeguarding your marine electronics. The design withstands the most challenging offshore conditions, with Gen3 improvements that include a thicker external silicone gasket and a 50% thicker internal EPDM gasket resistant to compression set, crucial for future servicing needs.

Nickel Chrome Plated Screws

• Included is a full set of stainless steel mounting hardware with large round head tamperproof screws featuring deeper sockets for enhanced grip during installation. The Gen3 series provides nickel chrome-plated stainless steel screws for added security and a touch of elegance.

Manufacturing Process

• The heavy-gauge thermoforming process is an intricate art, commencing with tooling design and development. Leveraging CAD programs like Solidworks, Catia, and AutoCad alongside Surfcam for CNC machining, we produce high-quality tools with precision tolerances.
