The 5-Port Gigabit PoE Switch efficiently supports up to 95 W power input from a PoE injector or switch, ensuring reliable connectivity and power delivery. This device provides up to four PoE-enabled network devices with both power and data transmission, effectively doubling the connection distance between the PoE source and the device from 100 m (328 ft.) to 200 m (656 ft.).

It can be powered either via PoE or with the included power adapter. The PoE power budget is up to 65 watts when using AC power or IEEE 802.3bt. It supports 25 W through IEEE 802.3at connections and 10 W through IEEE 802.3af connections. The switch features IEEE 802.3at/af-compliant RJ45 PoE/PoE+ output ports, providing a power output of up to 30 watts per port.

This product is designed to save installation costs by delivering power and data over existing network cables and is compatible with various IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3af-compliant devices such as wireless access points, VoIP phones, and IP cameras. Additionally, it includes short circuit, overload, and high-voltage protection for enhanced safety, with a grounding point to protect against external electrical surges.

With a 10 Gbps switch fabric and 10/100/1000 auto-sensing ports that automatically detect optimal network speeds, all RJ45 ports support Auto-MDIX (auto uplink). The switch utilizes a store and forward switching architecture along with IEEE 802.3x flow control for full duplex, supporting up to 2048 MAC address entries and offering 1024 kBytes of buffer memory.
