The ZYXEL POE12-3PD Outdoor PoE Extender is designed to extend Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities in outdoor environments. This unit provides one PoE++ port and three PoE+ ports, allowing for the connection of multiple PoE-powered devices such as IP cameras or Wi-Fi access points over extended distances. It addresses the challenge of deploying network devices where power outlets are not readily available, by extending both data and power over a single Ethernet cable. Installation is plug-and-play, and LED indicators provide status updates for power and link. It extends PoE signals up to 328 feet (100 meters) and is compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at standards.
