Provides PC features related to the SL2100 ACD license:
Real-time desktop display of ACD/Contact Center status
Reporting ofContact Center status/activity reports
Consists of:
(1) Basic Contact Center Feature License
(1) Contact Center Monitor License
One additional Monitor license (BE116766) can be added.
System must be equipped with ACD License (BE116752).
Contact Center Server software is available as a no-charge download from the NTAC Website. This software must be installed on a dedicated PC or server.
Client PC (for monitoring & reports) requires SL2100 Contact Center software, available as a no-charge download from the NTAC Website.
