SmartFold Electronic Folding Machine features a fully automatic push-button setup that makes it easy to use. Fold sheet sizes from 2-1/2" x 5-1/5" to 12" x 18" and with paper weights from 18 lb. bond to 90 lb. index. Feed table capacity is 500 sheets of 8-1/2" x 11" , 20 lb. bond paper. SmartFold offers a high memory capacity with 7 preset folds and 10 custom folds, 2-line LCD, and a variable speed from 3,000 to 15,000 sheets per hour. Seven pre-programmed fold types include letter, z-fold, half, double-parallel, gate, engineering (short z-fold), and church fold. Five pre-programmed paper sizes include 8-1/2" x 11" , 8-1/2" x 14" , 11" x 17" , A3 and A4. Feeding a wide range of paper weights without having to adjust the feed system saves time between fold jobs. Use diagnostics mode for quick and easy troubleshooting and setup with seven sensors. Fully enclosed fold tables deliver quiet operation and improved operator safety. SmartFold accepts stapled sets up to 4 pages of 20 lb. bond.
