The Furuno NavNet TZtouch Remote Control Unit, part number MCU002, is a compact, waterproof remote designed to supplement multi-touch operation of Furuno TZT9, TZT14, and TZTBB systems. This unit provides hardware key control for basic and advanced functions, ensuring system control remains accessible. It is suitable for IT environments where precise, tactile input is preferred or necessary alongside touch interfaces, particularly in marine or rugged settings. The MCU002 features an eight-direction joystick with push functionality and 10 dedicated hardware keys, allowing control over nearly all aspects of the TZtouch system. It also supports control of the NavPilot 700 Autopilot when integrated with NavNet TZtouch. Connectivity is via USB 2.0 with a 2m cable, extendable up to 30m with optional cables. This remote is intended for users requiring reliable, physical control input for their NavNet TZtouch systems.
