The Avocent LongView Digital Extender allows for convenient and secure remote access to computers and servers over a LAN or via a single UTP cable. This device enhances safety by enabling monitors, keyboard, mouse, and speakers to be positioned conveniently at your desktop, while the computer remains in a secure location on the network. By employing digital signal transmission, it eliminates the distance limitations associated with analog extenders.
The LongView IP DH Dual Head delivers high-quality dual-head DVI-D video with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz, while the LongView IP HR provides high-quality single DVI-D video at the same resolution.
