5000EP Electronic Time Recorder offers 40 user-selectable printing formats and automatic, manual or semiautomatic printing. Print a special character for "tardy" punches or early departures. Time recorder also offers customizable comment printing on up to three lines; 6-digit sequential numbering; regular minutes, 1/10, 1/100 or 5/100 of an hour; 12 or 24 hour format; selectable right-handed or left-handed printing; and selectable 4-digit year imprint. Lithium battery keeps time during power failures. Perpetual calendar changes year, month, and date automatically. 13 preset comments include RCVD, SENT, IN, and OUT. Time recorder includes an internal light for easy viewing, large print window for easy alignment, and a large LCD screen which shows time, date and day. Key lock with optional password provides added security. Eight selectable languages include English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Roman and Numeric. Set on desk or mount to wall.
