Locking cover prevents unauthorized access to reduce pilferage. Stainless steel internal parts reduce corrosion for long-lasting, hygienic use. Dispenser is designed for compatible Kleenex and Scott paper towels (sold separately). When installed properly, this dispenser meets the ADA standards for accessible design, 28 CFR Part 36.
