By purchasing this 3 year Extended Warranty on the hardware you will receive the initial 1 year Warranty plus the extended warranty for a total of up to 4 years of warranty. Also included with this purchase is an Advanced RMA which allows you, in the event of a hardware failure to have a new system shipped to you before we get the failed product back to our offices but you will need to provide a Credit Card to Sangoma prior to us shipping the replacement product to be used in the event that we do not receive the defective hardware back within 30 days.
