The housing is constructed from high-impact ABS plastic, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. It includes phosphor bronze pins with gold plating for optimal connectivity, and the IDC housing is made from polycarbonate for added strength.
The jack's IDC pins are Ø 0.45 mm, made from phosphor bronze with tin plating, while the insertion cap and base utilize polybutylene terephthalate with glass fill to provide robust performance in various conditions.
