HIG23008 - Highside Chemicals 23008 Mid-Temp Gas Leak Detector(R) (8oz)

The Highside Chemicals 23008 Mid-Temp Gas Leak Detector is an 8-ounce viscous, fluorescent, bubble-type solution designed for identifying gas leaks in various industrial and commercial settings. This product is suitable for IT departments and facility managers responsible for maintaining HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other gas-containing equipment. It is formulated to detect leaks on both hot and cold piping, accommodating a range of gases including air, natural gas, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, and common refrigerants such as R-12, R-134A, R-22, and R-502. Leaks are indicated by the formation of large, strong bubbles that adhere to the surface, with added fluorescence under black light for enhanced visibility. The solution is nonhazardous and nontoxic, as it does not contain ethylene glycol, and is rated for temperatures down to 27�F. Each HIG23008 unit includes an 8oz jar with a dauber for application.
