The NETGEAR GS108LP-100NAS is an unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for small to medium business environments requiring Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities. It features 8 copper Gigabit Ethernet ports, all of which support both 802.3af and 802.3at PoE standards. This allows for the direct powering of compatible devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, or wireless access points, simplifying network infrastructure by consolidating power and data over a single cable. With a total PoE budget of 60W, the switch is suitable for deployments with moderate power demands. Its plug-and-play design requires no software or configuration, making it easy to integrate into existing networks. The compact form factor supports desktop, wall-mount, and 19-inch rackmountable installations, offering deployment flexibility for various office setups. The silent, fanless operation makes it suitable for noise-sensitive areas.
