The NavPod GP2040 Series is designed to streamline the installation of multiple electronic devices in one practical unit. It effectively reduces the height of your setup while allowing space for additional items such as autopilots, instrument panels, stereo controllers, or VHF microphones, alongside radar or chartplotters.

It is best suited for mounting on Single Bend Angle Guards.

The Hi-Gloss Material:

• Manufactured with a custom co-extruded acrylic capped ABS material, offering a high gloss white finish that matches gel-coated fiberglass. The Gen3 enhancements ensure increased strength with a thicker gauge material.

The Waterproof Seal:

• Features a double gasket system, providing a superior watertight seal to protect your marine electronics in challenging offshore conditions. The Gen3 model includes a thicker external silicone gasket for improved fit and a robust internal EPDM gasket.

The Nickel Chrome Plated Screws:

• Included stainless steel mounting hardware consists of nickel chrome-plated tamperproof screws, designed for durability and ease of installation.

The Manufacturing Process:

• Heavy-gauge thermoforming backed by skilled in-house design engineers, ensuring precision through advanced CAD programs and CNC machining.
