Furuno FCV600 5.7" TruEcho CHIRP™ or CW Fish Finder
Model: FCV600Furuno’s new stand-alone Fish Finders introduce all-new features that fishermen will love, built on the foundation of award-winning Furuno features that fishermen rely on. The 5.7" FCV600 can drive either a CHIRP or dual-frequency CW (Continuous Wave) transducer, allowing fishermen to configure the Fish Finder to suit their needs. Furuno’s TruEcho CHIRP™ delivers greater detail and target separation for baitfish, game fish, and structure by transmitting across a spectrum of frequencies.
With the conventional color ranges, echoes from the seabed and a large fish are shown in a similar color, making it challenging to distinguish large fish from the bottom. With Color Range Expansion, the range of identifiable echoes is expanded so you can intuitively identify bottom fish from the seabed. Reefs, structure, and fish near the seabed are shown in slightly separated colors, making it easy to tell structure from fish at a glance.

The Furuno FCV600 is a 5.7-inch color fishfinder designed for business and IT buyers in marine-related industries. This unit provides detailed underwater imaging through either TruEcho CHIRP or conventional Continuous Wave (CW) transducer operation, offering flexibility to suit specific operational requirements. It features RezBoost signal processing for improved clarity with CW transducers and ACCU-FISH for fish size and depth assessment. The FCV600 also offers Bottom Discrimination, identifying bottom composition as rock, sand, gravel, or mud, which can be critical for navigation or specific fishing operations. New features include wireless connectivity for a second display, Color Expansion to differentiate fish from the seabed, and selectable color palettes. The configurable alarm function for depth, fish echo, and speed enhances operational awareness. This device is suitable for commercial fishing vessels or research operations requiring precise underwater data acquisition.
The FCV600 can drive either a TruEcho CHIRP transducer, operating across a wide range of frequencies (40kHz to 225kHz), or a dual-frequency conventional CW (Continuous Wave) transducer, typically operating at 50-200kHz.
The box includes the FCV600 display unit, a display cover, a display bracket, a pair of mounting knobs, a 2M power/data cable, four 5x20 self-tapping screws, an LCD cleaning cloth, a 3A glass fuse, and an installation manual.
The Color Expansion feature expands the range of identifiable echo colors, making it easier to distinguish fish from the seabed. This helps in intuitively identifying bottom fish and differentiating reefs, structure, and fish near the seabed.
The FCV600 has a maximum range of 1200 meters, allowing for deep-water observation and target detection.
