All Platinum Series gauges feature Faria's revolutionary domed glass Fog-Resistant lens. These lenses shed condensation and resists scratching and other types of fouling common in the marine environment.  

A voltmeter indicates the battery voltage and the general condition of the battery charging system. The meter requires no warm-up and indicates voltage changes instantly.

Illumination is provided by blue LED lighting around the perimeter of the dial and an illuminated backlit fire-orange tip pointer. This unit is suitable for applications requiring real-time voltage monitoring within the 10-16 VDC range, offering a clear and immediate indication of power system status. It requires a 2.0625" (53mm) hole for installation.
